Katarzyna Czop News

Project Circular PP in cooperation with Cluster Excellence Denmark developed and published a booklet on mapping of possibilities for SMEs, tools and approaches to move towards more sustainable business models.

This booklet was published during Nordic Cluster Meetup 2019 in Malmø for 65 participants from 5 Nordic Countries. One of the participants was Asta Kristin Sigurjonsdottir – Managing Director – Iceland Tourism Cluster and member of the board of directors of TCI network.  She found this brochure very inspirational and useful and on her way back to Iceland she wrote an article that was published in Morgunblaðið‘s, that is an Icelandic newspaper (67 000 readers),  the fifth most popular website in Iceland, and the most popular Icelandic website.

Asta wrote: “We have a great opportunity to do things the right way now and ” The good news is that clusters are already acting as catalysts and supporters of the transition towards a circular economy.”.
