He presented the Pļaviņu region gymnasium case from Latvia and the way national government in the Netherlands is working towards circular procurement and a more plant-based diet in its office catering. The workshop was moderated by Mr Grzegorz Piskalski from the Polish Institute for Sustainable Public Procurement. Other speakers were presenting StratKIT, an INTERREG project on sustainable public catering. After the presentation about the about forty people in the workshop took part in a lively discussion on topics concerning catering.
