On March 18th, at 8.30 a.m., classes will be held at HugeTECH in Rzeszów! These will be Design Thinking and Service Design workshops on how to create new products and services in the food area?

WHAT WILL YOU LEARN FROM THE TRAINING?

• you will understand the main principles of working with Design Thinking and Service Design methodologies
• you will learn about the design process and its four main phases
• you will learn examples (case studies) of using the Design Thinking / Service Design approach in creating new products and services in the food area
• you will learn about selected tools in practice, including individual research techniques, Person, Customer Journey Map
• you will be given the opportunity to develop and test the concept of a new product/service and to work together in an interdisciplinary team.
